Apple made the attendees go insane at its special event in Cupertino with the follow-up variant of iMac. The company announced a new iMac with Retina 5K Display counting 14.7 Million pixels on screen.

The new iMac is a breakthrough in pixel arena as it renders the world’s highest resolution display on a desktop set and delivers an amazing resolution of 5120 x 2880 pixels-per-inch. Apple iMac with Retina 5K Display is integrated with the latest Intel Core i5 (quad-core) processor with Turbo Boost enabled which gears the 3.5GHz reading to 3.9GHz instantly. Plus, the Turbo Boost can also be configured to boost 4GHz to 4.4GHz on Intel Core i7 chip.

The new iMac standards 8GB RAM and 1TB Fusion Drive onboard storage, however, It can also be configured with up to 32GB RAM and 3TB Fusion Drive, for those who require more. Moreover, the desktop comes with AMD Radeon R9 M290X graphic identity that can also be renovated with Radeon R9 M295X.

Apple iMac with Retina 5K Display costs around $2,499 USD for the 27-inch model with Intel Core i5 chip, and the shipping starts today.
