Motorola Moto G (2013) Finally Gets Android 5.0 Lollipop In India

Motorola has rolled out Android 5.0 Lollipop update to the original Moto G users using two sim-cards in a single handset, meaning the Dual-SIM (XT1033) variant of original Moto G. The update is currently being seeded in India and has no clue when the update hits territories apart from India.
An XDA user, who uses a Dual-SIM variant of Moto G (2013), reported the screenshot of this OTA software update in XDA community. Being a gradual rollout, It may take a bit longer for Android 5.0 Lollipop to reach to your original Moto G, however, the update is expected to arrive shortly on all 2013 Moto G handsets.
With no any doubts, Android 5.0 Lollipop for Moto G will provide the stock OS experience to the users including things like Material Design, Lock screen notifications, performance improvements and much more. Plus, the custom Motorola services further enhance the Lollipop on Moto G.
