Samsung to launch its thinnest phone yet – Galaxy A7

As we all know how famous the south korean giant is to launch an army of phones, It’s rumored that Samsung is about to go slim this time by getting inspired by that (ahem) fruit-named company (You probably know what I mean). Well let’s keep the fun part aside and showcase some serious specs which recently got leaked out by the Chinese Regulatory Agency TENAA.

Galaxy-alpha-VR

TENAA stated that the device will sport a 5.5 inch 1080p HD Display, which will be powered by an Exynos 5433 processor which could also be seen on the note 4, in which four cores will be clocked at 1.8 GHz and the other four at 1.3 GHz. The Exynos based silicon will be paired up with 2 GigaBytes of RAM. The device will be juiced up by a 2600 mAh battery pack. Usual samsung stuff, don’t you think?

But what differs is as you may have read in the Title – It’s dimensions. The Galaxy A7 will only be 6.3 mm thin. Again you know, inspired by that company from Palo Alto. And we may see a metallic body, which we definitely expect from samsung after seeing their new design philosophies in Note 4 and Galaxy Alpha.

If Samsung hits this one right with the design and tweaks the User Interface, this phone has got potential to become a hit, at least form the rumors. Till then, Stay tuned!
