Microsoft today pushed the first update to its Band fitness wearable, adding a bunch of handy features under the hood. The update includes new Guided Workouts to enhance your exercise period.
With this update fetched, you’ll have around 100 workouts in the list to choose from, for your fitness schedule. These new workouts shift the spotlight on strength training for a variety of skills.
The update works only on the latest Microsoft Health app, meaning you’ll have to update the Microsoft Health app on your mobile to the latest version and then install a new Band firmware. Microsoft says it’ll continue adding more features and content to the Band in near future.
