HTC Launches 4 New Desire SmartPhones For The US

HTC has launched four new mid-range smartphones for the US under its Desire lineup. And they are: HTC Desire 520, HTC Desire 526, HTC Desire 626 and HTC Desire 626s.

The latest addition to Desire series sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor, 8-megapixel rear camera, and a 2,200mAh battery type. All four devices are LTE-compatible, and runs Android Lollipop out of the box.

HTC Desire 520 features a 4.5-inch screen providing 854×480 resolution. The device encloses 1GB of RAM and 8 GB of on board storage with microSD card support. The Desire 520 embodies a 2-megapixel front camera as well.

HTC Desire 526 is an extended variant of the Desire 520, offering a 4.7-inch screen size at 960×540 resolution. It’s powered by 1.5GB of RAM, and the rest remains same of the Desire 520.

And now we have two identical twins, HTC Desire 626 and Desire 626s. Both the devices are locked at a 5-inch standard display with a resolution 1280×720. The Desire 626 has a 5-megapixel front shooter while the Desire 626s drops down to 2-megapixel. Plus, the 626 offers 16GB on board storage, over the 626s’ 8GB space.

The HTC Desire 520, HTC Desire 526, HTC Desire 626 and HTC Desire 626s will be available in different color options from major US carriers – including AT&T, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, Sprint Prepaid, T-Mobile, Tracfone, Verizon Wireless and Virgin Mobile USA. The individual carriers will be sharing pricing and availability information soon.
