Google Unveils Chromecast Audio

Google also added a new item to its Chromecast lineup, Chromecast Audio. The audio streaming device lets you stream your music directly from your mobile to external speakers. It also support multi-room synchronization, so you can play the music throughout your house with ease.

The Chromecast Audio boasts support for 3.5mm audio jack, as well as the old RCA port and optical port. It can be controlled via an Android hardware.

Pricing for the Chromecast Audio remains the same as of the original Chromecast – just $35 – and it’s available in 17 countries now.
