Lenovo unveils the K5 Note, an affordable 5.5-inch phone

Lenovo’s latest handset offering, the K5 Note, is a full-metal affair with 5.5-inch display at 401ppi. The phone is 8.5mm thick, and mounts a fingerprint sensor on the back.
The K5 Note has a 1.8GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor, 2GB of RAM, and 3,500mAh battery kit under the hood as core components. While the rear camera is 13-megapixel f/2.2 with phase detection auto-focus, the faceplate graces an 8-megapixel unit.
The metallic mid-ranger houses a 16GB of on board storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD.
The K5 Note runs Android 5.1 Lollipop on top of Lenovo’s Vibe UI. The handset will be available in China in February for 1,099 Yuan (approx. $167).
