Google CEO promises 11 Daydream VR Android phones by the end of the year

Google CEO Sundar Pichai revealed that there will be 11 Daydream-ready Android phones in the market by the end of the year, during Alphabet’s recent earnings call.
Daydream currently has a few high-end handsets supporting its VR platform, including the Pixel, Galaxy S8, Moto Z, Huawei Mate 9 Pro, ZTE Axon 7, and the Asus Zenfone AR. With Pichai’s statement on Daydream VR, it will be interesting to see which new Android handset will get Daydream VR support up next. We can definitely confirm that the upcoming Google Pixel successors will add up into the list this year.
