watchOS 6.2.5 brings ECG app in Saudi Arabia, new Pride watch faces
New watch faces are available to match this year’s Pride Edition Sport Bands for Apple Watch.

Apple has released watchOS 6.2.5 to the public. This is the eighth update to the watchOS 6 operating system, bringing new Pride-themed watch faces and improvements.
According to the watchOS 6.2.5 release notes, the update adds ECG app support and irregular heart rhythm notifications in Saudi Arabia. The ECG app is available on Apple Watch Series 4 or later. Apple brought the same set of features in three additional countries, including Chile, New Zealand, and Turkey, with watchOS 6.2 earlier this year. Now, the list just added Saudi Arabia as well.
Although not mentioned by Apple’s release notes, the Pride-themed watch faces are included to match this year’s Pride Edition Sport Bands for Apple Watch. There’s also watchOS 5.3.7 update available for users who have an Apple Watch paired with an iPhone running iOS 12.
You can download watchOS 6.2.5 for Apple Watch from the dedicated Watch app on the iPhone. Head over to General > Software Update. Make sure your wearable is charged at least 50 percent, placed on a charger, and is in range of the iPhone.
