Logitech has announced a new iPad Pro keyboard case with trackpad included for a laptop-like experience on the iPad Pro. Called Folio Touch, the keyboard accessory works with the first and second-generation 11-inch iPad Pro.
The keyboard accessory can be easily folded against the back of the case for reading, typing or any other usage. For those who use their iPad Pro for sketching or drawing, your Apple Pencil or Logitech Crayon can be securely stored in the Folio Touch, preventing it from getting lost in your bag. When not needed for typing, you can fold back behind the iPad Pro to use the screen directly. There’s a row full of iPadOS shortcut keys on the keyboard, and the keys are backlit, all of them.
The case is designed to bring flexibility and protection to the iPad Pro. The Folio Touch safeguards the corners and back the device, and the magnetic latch ensures your iPad Pro is safe in transit. Plus, it is powered by the Smart Connector on the iPad Pro, so it need not to be charged from an additional power source.
The Logitech Folio Touch will launch later this July on both Logitech and Apple’s website, priced at $159.99. Pre-orders are open now.
