Xiaomi’s Mi Watch Revolve and Mi Smart Band 5 launched in India

Xiaomi launched two new wearables in India during its Smarter Living 2021 event. Among an array of smart devices, Xiaomi’s newest wearables include the Mi Watch Revolve and Mi Smart Band 5 as part of its wrist-wearable gadgets.

Last December, Xiaomi launched the Mi Watch Color in China, and the Revolve seems to be the Indian version of the same smartwatch, while the Band 5 is a successor to the Mi Smart Band 4.

The Mi Watch Revolve has a 1.39-inch AMOLED display which comes with over 100 face designs. Featuring Corning Gorilla Glass 3, the watch can stay awake up to 2 weeks on a single charge, thanks to the 420mAh battery. Notable hardware additions include PPG heart rate sensor, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor, three-axis acceleration sensor, baraceptor, and ambient light sensor. All these are accompanied by 10 sports mode, HR Monitoring, sleep tracking, VO2 Max among many others. It’s also water resistance for up to 5ATM.

The Mi Smart Band 5 sports 1.1-inch AMOLED display and more than 65 dial themes. It’s 5ATM water resistant, just like the Watch Revolve. The smart band offers 24-hour heart rate monitoring and sleep tracking, with a 14-day battery life between charges.

Pricing for the Mi Watch Revolve is set at 10,999 INR (~$149), and the Mi Smart Band 5 at 2,499 INR (~$34). Both of these wearables are available for sale at Mi.com, Amazon India and different retail stores in India.
