Apple launches weekly Fitness Plus series and Apple Music playlists
New “goal-setting workouts” are here.

Apple has added a new “goal-setting workouts” as part of a new weekly series to its Fitness Plus subscription service. The company released a video on the Fitness app with instructor Kim introducing new updates in the service and also mentions the new Ring in the New Year Limited Edition Activity Challenge.
Apple added 24 new workouts filling up cycling, strength, yoga, HIIT, core, dance, treadmill, mindful cooldown, and rowing categories. The workout videos play songs from Apple Music even though you are not an Apple Music subscriber.
Moreover, Apple has been promoting Apple Fitness Plus sidewise by adding “Apple Fitness+ Studio Series” in Apple Music. The category contains music with different styles to help you get motivated for workouts.
Apples Fitness Plus service comes at a price of $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. Fitness Plus has also been included on the Apple One Premier bundle, which costs $29.99 per month and offers other Apple services like Apple Music, Apple TV Plus, Apple News Plus, and more.
