Samsung unveils the Galaxy Watch 4
The Classic variant has Samsung’s rotating bezel.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic have been launched alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3. The Watch 4 series will be the first smartwatches running Google and Samsung’s new Wear OS, with designs of the watch slightly updated from its previous models.
The Galaxy Watch 4 comes in two sizes, 44mm and 40mm weighing 30.3g and 25.9g, respectively. The 1.4-inch Super AMOLED display watch is constructed with Gorilla Glass with DX Plus and an aluminum frame.

The smartwatch runs on the new Wear OS powered by Samsung with One UI Watch 3 skin, sporting an Exynos W920 (5nm) chipset. It is packed with a 361mAh, non-removable battery that supports Qi wireless charging. The Galaxy Watch 4 features Samsung BioActive Sensor (Optical Heart Rate, Electrical Heart, and Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis), Accelerometer, Barometer, Gyro Sensor, Geomagnetic Sensor, and Light Sensor. It is also 5ATM / IP68 rated.
The Galaxy Watch 4 is available in multiple colors: Black, Pink Gold, Silver, and Green. It has 16GB internal storage and 1.5GB RAM. The Bluetooth version starts at $250, and the LTE variant at $300.

The Galaxy Watch 4 Classic comes in 46mm and 42mm weighing 52g and 46.5g, respectively. Similar to the Galaxy Watch 4, the Classic model is constructed with Gorilla Glass with DX Plus, has a 1.4-inch Super AMOLED display, but with a stainless steel frame. It is available in two colors: Black and Silver. Notably, the Classic comes with Samsung’s rotating bezel.
The Galaxy Watch 4 Classic starts at $350 for the Bluetooth model, and at $400 for LTE. You can preorder the Galaxy Watch 4 and the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic from Samsung’s official website. The shipping starts in August, with promotional credits for select customers.
