Apple Saket opens in New Delhi
This is Apple’s second retail location in India.

After inaugurating Apple BKC in Mumbai, CEO Tim Cook and retail head Deidra O’Brien attended the store opening of Apple Saket. It is the company’s second retail store in India, located in the country’s capital New Delhi.
Apple Saket features a curved storefront with white oak tables for Apple products and accessories. There’s a dedicated Apple Pickup station as well, which makes it easier for customers to order online and collect their devices in-store. Customers can also make Genius Bar appointments with an expert for hands-on technical support.

“We’re thrilled to bring the best of Apple to our customers in Delhi with the opening of our second store in India, Apple Saket,” said Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail. “Our incredible team members look forward to connecting with the local community and helping them find new ways to pursue their passions and unleash their creativity through our amazing products and services.”
From basics to professional programs, Today at Apple will offer customers sessions on a range of topics for free. The sessions will be led by Apple Creatives, who are talented artists and creators, and will take place in a roundtable format.
The Saket store, like the Apple BKC, runs on 100 percent renewable energy for store operations, making all of Apple’s operations in India carbon neutral. Furthermore, the retail store has more than 70 team members who collectively speak over 15 languages. More information on store timings and Today at Apple sessions are available on Apple Saket’s website.
